Power transmission: High pressure oil is output by an electric oil pump and sent into the working cylinder through a high-pressure oil pipe.
Pushing bending: High pressure oil pushes the plunger inside the working cylinder to generate thrust, and the movement of the plunger drives the bent pipe component to work. Bent pipe components usually include upper and lower flower plates, mold heads, rollers, etc. Through the collaborative action of these components, bending force is applied to the metal pipe placed inside, causing it to bend according to the set angle and radius.
Program setting (for CNC pipe bending machine): The operator sets the program through the CNC system based on the required parameters such as the shape, angle, radius, etc. of the bent pipe. The numerical control system controls the driving devices such as motors or hydraulic systems to drive the bending die or working head to move according to the preset trajectory and speed, and perform bending processing on the pipe material. During the bending process, the CNC system will monitor and adjust the bending angle, radius, and other parameters in real time to ensure machining accuracy.
