Working Principle
Electric pipe bending machines typically consist of an electric motor, an oil pump (for hydraulic models), a working cylinder, and bending components. Their operating principle is based on the plastic deformation characteristics of pipe materials: the electric motor drives the system, and through hydraulic or mechanical transmission, the pipe undergoes plastic deformation. The specific process is as follows:
Securing the pipe: Place the pipe into the die and firmly clamp it using a clamping device (such as a fixture or chuck) to prevent any movement during the bending process.
Applying external force: High-pressure oil delivered by the electric oil pump flows through the high-pressure oil line into the working cylinder, driving the plunger to generate a pushing force and causing the pipeline to bend via the bending assembly. Alternatively, an electric motor can drive a reduction mechanism to rotate the working wheel, thereby propelling the pipeline and bending it into an elbow.
